We, Virtuelp, collaborate with leading aviation companies in India to provide helicopter transfers for our prestigious clients. We ensure premium world-class services with a wide range of aircraft, including single-engine and twin-engine helicopters, as well as private jets. Bookings and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Charter Booking Procedure:
- Contact us with the following details.
- Provide the purpose of the service.
- Specify the nationality of the passengers.
- Provide the date of service.
- Specify the destination and route (from & to).
- Indicate the number of passengers.
- Confirm baggage options.
- We recommend making inquiries well in advance, preferably minimum 5 days before the service, for smooth handling.
Important Note:
Virtuelp does not hold itself responsible for the non-operation of charters or Pay-Per-Person flights due to unforeseen reasons such as:
- Bad weather
- Poor visibility
- Non-availability of clearances from ATC/Defense Authorities/Civil Administration or any government policies / etc
- Technical problems
If the flight cannot take off from the originating station due to the reasons above, the operator will refund the payment partly or fully according to the service provider’s policy. Our operators always check destination weather before departure. However, if weather conditions deteriorate en-route or at the destination, preventing landing and necessitating a return to the starting point or diversion to another airport, the actual flying time will be chargeable. Any balance will be payable or refundable.
Virtuelp is not responsible for any technical issues in the aircraft that cannot be rectified within a reasonable time frame and affect flight operations. In such cases, refunds will be made partly or fully based on the service provider’s policy.
Virtuelp is not responsible for any damage, loss, or medical incidents resulting from emergency situations in the or by the aircraft that cannot be rectified. It is advisable to obtain travel insurance or respective insurance before your journey.
FLIER SECURITY
- We digitally verifies all flier information including details like their weight and how much baggage they are carrying, so the team can guide and ensure the fliers fall within the prescribed specifications of the stringent operation mandates.
- Virtuelp or the Operator reserves the right to prohibit or disembark fliers from flying who are unruly, intoxicated, disruptive, or otherwise unfit to fly in the sole determination of Virtuelp and/or its operators.
- To maintain flier safety, cigarette smoking, e-cigarette smoking, and vaping are prohibited in the services and in our aircraft.
