The first service expansion occurred in 2011 with the addition of a new vertical for hotel marketing named Vittil Hospitality, aimed at promoting associated hotels. Additionally, a new travel blog website called YourTravelMyVision.com was launched to share destination and travel expertise.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019-2020, the term ‘Virtual Reality’ gained prominence as the world transitioned to virtual services due to physical access restrictions. This shift inspired the relaunch of services under Virtuelp.com – A Virtual Helper, in 2020, to assist customers with their needs virtually.
