Profile – Operations Associate

Location – Bangalore
CTC – 2.75-3 LPA
Qualification – Any UG / PG
Communication :- Should be fluent communication skills in English, Hindi or any south Indian language
Operational Performance of both international and external service providers.
Receiving and responding to customer calls
Solving escalation
Communicating with upper management to develop strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Experience – Freshers | 0-1 years experience
Technical – S Excel, Word, and Outlook
Notice period – 15 days
